Archipelago Sim Version 2.1

This version 2.1 fixes an error that happen with NEW installations of version 2.0

NOTE: of all the new installs of version 2.0 this bug was NEVER reported!  Upgrades are always OK. 

REMINDER: Please report soon or send me a note when you see problems ...  I know you might feel bad about complaining , maybe because you payed nothing for this program, but... for a better product I need to know when bad things happen as it is impossible for me to test all different configurations and machines.
